The man the boy is the clone of only created him so if he gets a heart attack he can use the boy's heart. • Joey Pigza swallowed the key by Jack Gantos- This Book is about a boy who just can't stay still for more than five minutes with out getting into trouble, but this time he is not in trouble the key is. - Mariah

• Lireal by Garth Nix- This book was my best read of the summer with really exciting characters and a great plot. Sabriel has to find out who she really is then use her powers and her bells to stop the evil. This is the second book of a trilogy and I recommend to read all of them. -Becca

• Warriors The New Prophecy: Moonrise by Erin Hunter- This book is about these cats on a journey to find where StarClan sent them and they are to go back to their own Clan, and tell the message. While they do that, they run into a Tribe of other cats in the dark, and rocky caves.This is a terrific book and StarClan help those cats! -Ari

• How to Be Popular by Meggin Cabot- Is about a eleventh grader girl. She was unpopular ever since the Super Big Gulp accident. She finds a book that tells you how to be popular and well, she does! • ****Silent to the Bone by E.L. Konigsburg-

Mysterious, suspenseful, exciting! Branwell is accused of putting his baby sister in a coma by dropping and shaking her. He is totally traumatized and unable to speak. His friend knows he did not and would not hurt his sister, but must find a way to communicate with Branwell non-verbally to learn the truth. Konigsburg understands the complex emotions and problems of adolescents and the reader can tell that she remembers that nothing is black and white (nor easy) at that difficult age. • "Gregor and the Prophecy of the Bane" by Suzanne Collins- Last year Gregor was in the "Prophecy of Gray" and found out that Henry, Luxa's cousin and Luxa is the up coming Queen in Regalia.(An Underland city)He finds his sister lost and Goes to the Underland, but only finds himself in another prophecy! "The Prophecy of the Bane" is what the Underlanders say. That he is supposed to kill a 10 ft. rat. Oh, what joy for Gregor. he finds himself being a rager, some one who is naturally a grusome fighter, and has troubles trying to stop and control that power. Well, on the journey he finds himself and his crew in danger. Giant Octopus, huge whirpools, mites that eat your bat that you're bonded with, sea serpants, and maybe even his sister dead! Can't tell you more, but it's so exciting you have to look for yourself! -Ari K

• "Gregor and the Curse of the Warmbloods" by Suzanne Collins- Gregor finds himself wondering if the up coming Regalia Queen is at Regalia right now. No note. One day, he finds a not that says he must come at once, or the whole Underland will be of no more. Whoopee! Not. His mom will absolutely never, I repeat, NEVER let him go there again. Until Ripred, a rat who is very sarcastic and is deadly if you get in a fight with, gave a message that if he don't come, then he'll make him come! He is told he is in another prophecy. "The Prophecy of Blood". There is a deadly plague that is going on and then his mom gets it! She only has 2 weeks until she dies, will he make it? He finds his bonded bat, Ares with the plague. They tell him that he was the first one to get it. Will his bat survive? He also finds Howard, Luxa's other NICE cousin with the plague, and Andromeda, Mareth's bat with the plague! He agrees to go on the mission to get the cure in a deadly jungle, and will he able to survive in the deadly jungle? What about his friends and mom? -Ari K

*Uglies by Scott Westerfeld VERY good book!! I give it 5/5 stars! it took me a few days to read, but it was worth it. The shorter chapters makes it better to read, i think. It makes you think What if?? (K.N.-7TH)
