If you like knights in shining armour, the Civil War, or any war, wagon trains or sailing ships historical fiction is for you. Just how true to history is historical fiction? It varies from author to author. Some authors do a lot of research to make the story seem real, but in the end it is still a story. You can do your own research to determine what is fact and what is fiction!
